I got my nickname "Indian Jim" from my motorcycle buddies, because I ride an
Indian Motorcycle!
I offer a variety of wet and dry Rubs, as well as a wide range of BBQ Sauces from Mild to
Hot, made with Habanero Peppers! I also have some awesome Brines, for a whole slew of

BBQ season is upon us! Come join me for some of Omaha's best BBQ. I'll be in Brentwood Square parking lot, right next to the big Brentwood sign, off 84th street.
I'll be continuing my 2012 BBQ season with the usual suspects, Baby Back Ribs and Brisket Sandwichs. And, because they were such a huge hit,
I'm going to keep the hot italian sausages on the menu. And... because you asked for it, you got.. I'm adding other new items, Pulled Pork Sandwichs and Turkey Legs!
So come join me on Monday May 28th, under the big green tent! Just follow the smoke signals, just north of 84th and Giles, in Brentwood Square.
